Immanuel Lutheran Church

Groups and Committees

This month the spotlight is on:

Our Sunday School

Children three years and older are invited to visit Sunday School classes.  They are held between worship services at 9:45 to 10:50 on Sundays.  Class materials are from the Good News Explorers curriculum.  This curriculum features a strong Bible emphasis, inclusion of a greater number of active and hands-on ways to teach the Bible lesson, integration of Bible teachings into the everyday life of children and young people, and inclusion of traditional Lutheran teachings and theology.

Third grade students receive Picture Bibles and fifth grade students are presented with Good News Bibles.
